2. Services

a. Free Consultation: We offer free design consultations to discuss your specific requirements. The information obtained during these consultations will be used to create detailed drawings and provide a no-obligation quotation.

b. Bespoke Furniture: Our services include the creation of bespoke, handcrafted furniture designed to your exact specifications.

c. Fitting and Delivery: Once an order is placed, we aim to complete the fitting within 15-28 days. Single-bedroom fitting may take one full working day.

3. Terms Of Payment

Payments of the total price shall be made to the company as agreed on the contract overleaf or by completed finance company documents. In the event that a customer wrongly fails to take delivery of the goods, the company shall be entitled to invoice the customer for the price at any time after the company has notified the customer that the goods are ready for collection or (as the case may be) the company has tendered delivery of the goods. Payments to be made either by cheque in favour of Kraft credit or cash.

a. Payments shall not e withheld as a result of the items such as mirrors or minor defects which are considered insufficient reasons for withholding payments of the whole or any part of the contract sum.

b. If payments do not take place as detailed interest shall be payable at the rate of 18% per annum until fully paid or 8% above the bank rate which ever shall be greatest.

c. All extra work will be paid for separately & cannot affect the payments of the main bill.

d. Failure to comply with these clauses shall render the guarantee null & void

4.Value Added Tax (VAT)

The value of the tax will be charged at the rate subsisting on the date of the invoice.

5. Warranty

Warranty: We provide a full 12-year manufacturer warranty on all our furniture. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and care

6. Privacy

Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using our website, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK
